Provides housing and supportive services to 4 male Veterans. Clients receive case management services, access to benefits assistance, supplemental food, and transportation to appointments. Clients must be chronically homeless and disabled to be eligible for the program. All referrals to this program must come through Resource Connect Solano. Eligibility must be documented prior to entry into the program.

This program provides transitional housing services to 12 male Veterans experiencing homelessness. The Veteran must have served one day of active-duty service to be eligible. All eligibility determinations are made through the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Rapid Re-Housing Programs

HOUSING EXPRESS & HOUSING EXPRESS EXPANSION

Provides rental assistance and supportive services to literally homeless families with children under the age of 18 or under the expansion, individuals and/or couples. Clients reside in self-determined rental units and can receive services for up to one year. All referrals to this program must come through Resource Connect Solano. Eligibility must be documented prior to entry into the program.
