WELCOME HOME, Housing Services : HEALTHY LIVING YOUR WAY WOMEN'S PROGRAM
Provides housing and supportive services to 6 women in our Fairfield house. Clients receive case management services, access to benefit assistance, supplemental food, and transportation to appointments. Clients must be chronically homeless and disabled to be eligible for the program. All referrals to this program must come through Resource Connect Solano. Eligibility must be documented prior to entry into the program.
All Solano County clients are to be registered through Resource Connect Solano – RCS. This ensures that everyone has a fair chance at obtaining housing where so little housing is available.
