The Fairfield Police Department is excited to announce their upcoming annual Homeless Outreach Partnership Event / Community Resource Fair 2023.
The event is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente and will offer services including mental health screenings, housing referrals, VA assistance, and a limited bicycle giveaway.
